Assistant Secretary of State for the Foreign Secretary, in which we are
informed that the Matsumae International Foundation, has sent invitation
to the Embassy of Honduras in Japan, for researchers or academics
Honduran (as) carrying out a post-graduate research in the period April
2010 to March 2011 in Japan..
Origen
It was established by Decree 902 of March 24, 1980, as guaranteed in the
Constitution Article 177, and emerges as a response to the need to
promote and regulate the country's technological development through the
integration of all the engineers of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical ,
Chemistry and related branches, in order to guarantee the existence of a
statutory body in the country to help his career and with greater
